Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shopping area, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by PayPal and sterling cheque.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We will contact you by email to confirm availability and arrange payment via your preferred method.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping charges are 'banded' according to Order Value.
UK Mainland Charges Up to £9.99 Order Value - £3.00 Shipping Charge From £10.00 up to £29.99 Order Value - £5.00 Shipping Charge From £30.00 up to £49.99 Order Value - £8.00 Shipping Charge From £50.00 up to £99.99 Order Value - £10.00 Shipping Charge From £100.00 up to £199.99 Order Value - £15.00 Shipping Charge Over £200.00 - Free Shipping will normally be by Post for items up to the value of £49.99 and by Courier for Orders over £50.00. Courier dispatch includes insurance.
Overseas Charges (Exclusive of VAT) Up to £29.99 Order Value - £10.00 Shipping Charge From £30.00 up to £49.99 Order Value - £20.00 Shipping Charge From £49.99 up to £99.00 Order Value - £30.00 Shipping Charge Over £100.00 - TBA
Delivery Schedule
Goods that are in stock will be dispatched within 5 days of receipt of your order using First Class postage or a 48 hour courier service. For items not in stock, you will be emailed an estimated delivery time.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. You will be asked for a reason for exemption, please indicate briefly in the box provided. If you place your order from another country within the EU please advise if you are able to provide certification of exemption.
Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns up to 10 days after you receive your order. Goods must be returned in the original packing and sent to: Egyptiancollectibles, Upper Edgebold Farm, Hanwood, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY5 8NU, United Kingdom. Please ask for a "Proof of Postage" certificate from the post office or courier company. We will refund you the full value of your returned order as soon as we receive it.
